They understand that banking can be intimidating for first-time customers, and they want to ensure that your experience is as smooth as possible.

After a few days, you will be able to collect your GCB Readycash card from your branch. This card comes with a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which you should keep confidential.

Once you have your card and PIN, you can use any ATM to view your balance and make withdrawals.

You can also use it to pay for items at many stores, without having to write a cheque or use cash.

For added convenience, you can also download the GCB Internet banking form.

This will allow you to access your account online, where you can check your balance and transfer funds.

GCB also offers credit facilities that are easy to arrange. Simply call +233 302 681 531 or visit your nearest branch for more information and to apply.
