MckourageSince joining the station, Pearson Sharp has been an American investigative journalist and international correspondent for OAN (One America News).
After moving to southern California in 2012, he entered the journalism industry as a writer and producer for KUSI News in San Diego. Writing has always been his passion.
Sharp was raised in a rural community in central Ohio. He came to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado in Boulder, where he majored in English and creative writing. Sharp’s post-graduation travels included stops in England, Canada, and China, where he taught English at the University of Xuchang.
His passion in foreign reporting led him to Ukraine in 2016, when he covered the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl accident. Sharp traveled to Syria in 2018, where he broke the news of the staged chemical attacks in Douma.
He also reported from Sweden, where he explored the cultural and economic effects of enormous third-world immigration. Sharp is currently employed at OAN, where he works with other renowned OAN anchors and reporters.
