Victoria “Vicky” Torres Morales-Reyno (born 10 July 1969) is a Filipino broadcast journalist. She is most known for co-anchoring GMA Network’s early evening broadcast 24 Oras with Mike Enriquez and Mel Tiangco and hosting the Saturday afternoon documentary-drama program Wish Ko Lang!
She was awarded “Best Public Service Program Host” at the 29th PMPC Star Awards for Television in 2015 by the Philippine Movie Press Club for hosting Wish Ko Lang!
She anchored Saksi, the GMA Network’s late-night newscast, from 1999 to 2014. In 2011, while GTV was still known as GMA News TV, she began hosting Good News Kasama si Vicky Morales, a monthly news program on GTV.

Since June 2, 2001, Morales has been married to lawyer Alfonso “King” Reyno. In addition to Vicky’s parents, King is also a member of the Manila Jockey Club as the club’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).
