According to journalists Lorena Vazquez and Laura Fa of El Periodico, the Barcelona celebrity was involved with a young blonde female around the age of 20, who is a student and an event hostess in Barcelona.

Though the identity of the woman with whom Pique was seen multiple times has not been revealed, the story states that Shakira learned about her and the relationship split up.

Pique reportedly walked out of the house where he used to live with Shakira a few weeks ago, according to reports. The Blaugrana defender is now embracing the “party lifestyle” alongside colleague Riqui Puig and his buddies.

Journalist Emilio Perez stated that the pair had already been split in a live stream podcast of Mamarazzis earlier this week.

He said, “[Shakira] has made the decision to separate. That is so. It has happened. That is why there is distance. Perhaps there is nothing left, but that has passed.” 

Barcelona Star Pique and Popstar Shakira met for the first time at the 2010 World Cup when the singer performed her Waka-Waka song.

After that, they started dating and having two children together, though they’ve never officially tied the knot.

The couple’s relationship appears to be strained, as an alleged report claims that Shakira brought the kids to Ibiza for a family vacation in May, but Pique did not accompany them.

Pique and Shakira have always shared their moments on social media, but this has been put on hold for the time being.

Shakira’s most recent Instagram post with Pique was in March, and Pique’s social media posts haven’t featured Shakira in a long time, with his most recent image with his lover being from 2021.
